Our release of liability, or general release, (it is commonly referred to by both names) is a release form that can be used by any
individual to release all current claims, liabilities, actions or suits that they may have against another individual or entity.
Our release of liability can be used anytime that you have a situation for which somebody else is liable, and you, for whatever reason,
have agreed to release that person of any further liability. If you need this type of release, all that you have to do is provide the
necessary names and addresses of the parties involved, a description of the claim that is being released, and we will add all of the necessary
legal terminology. The release of liability with which we provide you will clearly state all of the information necessary to make a binding release of
