An "employment agreement"
or "employment
contract" as it is sometimes called, are
two different names for the same type of document. It is a
written contract that is binding between an employee and an
employer, and it lays out the core employment terms such as
salary, benefits, job title, duties, and duration. Courts
consider these agreements to be a valid type of contract and
will generally uphold employment agreements because they are
a legally binding document.

Our Employment Agreement
Is Only $21.95 |
The employment agreements that we provide cover all of the
standard elements of an employment agreement, but allow you
to insert many of the particulars. You tell us the amount
of compensation the employee will receive, when the employee
will receive it, the amount of vacation leave, what type of
benefits are available, and various other information that
make it a personalized contract between you and your employee.
Further, we have nine additional provisions that you can choose
to insert into the employment agreement that add very specific
provisions, and these too are tailored to your needs as an
employer.
Does the employee need to be bonded? If so we have a provision
that covers bonding requirements. Do you want an employment
agreement with a Noncompetition provision? We have a noncompetition
provision and you enter the specific time periods that the
provision will cover. If you feel that none of our additional
provisions are necessary to your employment agreement, that
is fine because our standard employment agreement covers everything
you need to form a legally binding document.
Depending on which provisions you choose to include, our
Employment Agreement delivers up to six pages worth of critical
employment provisions to insure that all the necessary elements
of the employment relationship are put into writing.
