Question: How long does this process take?

Answer: It will take you anywhere between 5-15 minutes to enter the data on our web page. Once your data is entered and confirmed, we will automatically authenticate your credit card and your documents will be sent directly to your printer, ready for your signature. After you have signed the documents, you just need to fax or hand deliver them to the correct governmental agencies (we provide you with the fax numbers and addresses). Your limited liability company is filed as soon as you fax or deliver the Articles of Organization to the Department of State and they verify your payment. You will receive your employer identification number within 2-7 business days (it will be faxed back).
