Answer: It will take you anywhere between 5-15 minutes to enter the data on our web page. Once your data is entered and confirmed, we will automatically authenticate your credit card and your documents will be sent directly to your printer, ready for your signature. After you have signed the documents, you just need to fax or hand deliver them to the correct governmental agencies (we provide you with the fax numbers and addresses). Your limited liability company is effective as soon as you fax or deliver the Certificate of Formation to the Delaware Secretary of State and they verify your payment.
